Entry Rules
1. Entries must be submitted through the station website or app.
2. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
3. There will be one (1) winner unless otherwise stated.
Prize Conditions
4. Limit one (1) prize per person per contest. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Any prizes won during a calendar year with a cumulative value of $600 or more will require completion of a 1099 form.
6. Winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and/or a taxpayer identification number or Social Security number before claiming a prize.
7. False information, incomplete registration forms, misrepresentation, refusal to comply with contest rules, or inability to accept the prize will result in forfeiture.
8. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Northern Christian Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
9. Certain prizes may require the winner to be at least 18 years old or to provide signed parental/legal guardian permission.
Prize Redemption
10. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning or they will be forfeited. Failure to redeem time-sensitive prizes before expiration also results in forfeiture, and no substitute prize will be provided.
11. Prizes may be picked up Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, at The Promise FM studios located at:

The office is closed weekends and major holidays. 12. If a winner requests that a prize be mailed, the winner assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
Liability and Technical Issues
13. Winners accept prizes at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless The Promise FM, Northern Christian Radio, and affiliated stations from any claims arising from use of the prize.
14. WPHN-FM, WTHN-FM, WQHN-FM, WOLW-FM, The Promise FM, WLJN-FM, WLJW-FM, The Source (WLJN-AM, WLJW-FM, WLJW-AM), and Northern Christian Radio are
not responsible for failures or malfunctions involving internet service, phones, communications systems, computers, hardware, software, or other technical issues that may affect participation or prize delivery.
General Conditions
15. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
16. Northern Christian Radio and its affiliated stations reserve the right to modify contest rules at any time. Changes become effective once announced on-air or posted at The Promise FM offices.
17. All decisions made by Northern Christian Radio and its affiliated stations regarding contests are final.
